09 Data Retention
uc888 retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention requirements imposed by Philippine law:
- Account and KYC records: Minimum 5 years from account closure, as required by AMLC regulations under Republic Act No. 9160;
- Transaction records: Minimum 5 years from the date of the transaction per AMLC and PAGCOR requirements;
- Customer support records: 3 years from the date of the last interaction;
- Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn, plus 1 year thereafter as evidence of prior consent;
- Technical logs: Up to 12 months, then anonymised or deleted.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you as an individual.
10 Your Data Rights
Under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), you have the following rights with respect to the personal data uc888 holds about you:

11 Minors
The uc888 Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. uc888 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If uc888 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all data associated with the account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's underage account guidelines, and any funds in the account will be dealt with per PAGCOR's prescribed procedures.

12 Changes to This Privacy Policy
