01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "uc888", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the uc888 platform at uc888.one, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" means the uc888 website, mobile web interface, and any associated applications or services offered under the uc888.one domain.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any registered account holder who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Platform following completion of the registration process.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, event, or outcome through the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds, bonus funds, and winnings held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by uc888 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AMLC rules.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing uc888's operations.
• "AMLC" means the Anti-Money Laundering Council of the Philippines.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person (corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted);
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any such person employed by uc888 or its affiliated game providers;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with uc888 or any PAGCOR-regulated operator.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the uc888 Platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. uc888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances associated with accounts found to be in violation of this rule.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

uc888 is operated for and primarily targeted at players located in the Philippines. Certain jurisdictions expressly prohibit online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your location. uc888 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.

2.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. uc888 is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

03 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), uc888 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and at such other times as regulatory obligations dictate.

3.1 Required Documents

uc888 may require you to provide one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification: Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, or Voter's ID;
• Proof of registered address: utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name);
• Source of funds documentation where deposits or withdrawals exceed thresholds set by AMLC regulations.

3.2 Verification Timelines

uc888 will endeavour to complete standard identity verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases, enhanced due diligence requirements, or incomplete submissions may extend this timeline. uc888 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person;
• uc888 staff will never request your password via any communication channel;
• You must notify uc888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• uc888 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials;
• uc888 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to login attempts from unusual geographic locations or devices.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uc888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice. The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your uc888 Account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours to appear depending on the sending institution. uc888 does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being complete. For verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–20 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. uc888 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification procedures on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 or in other circumstances where regulatory obligations apply.

5.4 Source of Funds

Withdrawals will be returned, where technically possible, to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This requirement exists to satisfy AMLC anti-money laundering regulations. Where an original deposit source is no longer available, uc888 will require additional verification before processing withdrawal to an alternative method.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the uc888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). uc888 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion charges applied by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the player.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by uc888 are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time each offer is presented. In the absence of offer-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested;
• Wagering contributions vary by game category — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and certain game types may be excluded entirely;
• Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited unless otherwise specified;
• uc888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's Account.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

uc888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts, systematically exploiting bonus terms in ways not consistent with good-faith recreational gameplay, or colluding with other players to achieve disproportionate advantage from promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonus funds removed, pending winnings voided, and accounts suspended or permanently closed.

07 Gameplay Rules

Each game category available on the uc888 Platform is governed by its specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay conditions apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. uc888 will not reverse a bet except in circumstances where a technical malfunction has been confirmed by uc888's technical team;
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined and settled in accordance with the game's standard resolution logic. uc888 is not liable for losses arising from player-side technical issues including internet connectivity failure;
• All live dealer game outcomes are final as declared by the dealer and confirmed by the game system. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant game session;
• uc888 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets or games affected by errors, system malfunctions, or manifest pricing mistakes. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such circumstances;
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games. These limits are disclosed in each game's rules and may be enforced regardless of the theoretical outcome of a game round.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uc888 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software to place bets, exploit platform features, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose related to the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to uc888 support immediately;
• Engaging in any activity that in uc888's reasonable judgment compromises the integrity of any game or sporting event available on the Platform;
• Charging back, disputing, or reversing any deposit transaction without first contacting uc888 support to resolve the issue through proper channels.

09 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Verification

uc888 employs age verification during registration and KYC processes to prevent access by persons under 21 years of age. Any player found to be under the minimum age will have their account immediately terminated and all funds handled in accordance with PAGCOR's guidelines for underage account remediation.

9.2 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all uc888 Players at no charge, accessible from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Caps on total losses within a defined period;
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications reminding you of elapsed play time at intervals you configure;
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up summaries of your session activity, win/loss position, and time spent;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months, up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.3 PAGCOR Responsible Gaming

uc888 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Players who require external support are encouraged to contact PAGCOR's Player Welfare Unit or seek assistance from nationally recognized problem gambling support organizations operating in the Philippines.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the uc888 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and the uc888 brand identity — is the exclusive property of uc888 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without uc888's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• uc888 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components;
• uc888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gambling winnings resulting from technical malfunction;
• uc888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• uc888 is not responsible for the actions of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or game software developers except where uc888 has expressly assumed liability in writing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits uc888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 uc888's Rights

uc888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time with or without prior notice where:

• uc888 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms;
• Required by regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or AMLC;
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or abuse of the Platform is suspected;
• The Account has been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months.

12.2 Player Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting uc888 support. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days of the closure request, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

uc888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, uc888 will provide at least 14 days' notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, notifying Players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9487 (Interactive Games Act), and PAGCOR's implementing rules and regulations.

In the event of any dispute between you and uc888 arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform:

• You must first contact uc888 support to seek an informal resolution. uc888 will respond to all written dispute submissions within 10 business days;
• If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, whose determination shall be binding on both parties;
• Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent Philippine court where immediate legal remedy is required.
